I start my own billing company hoping to work from home. I sent out over 1,000 letters asking Michigan doctors if they would or would not be interested in outsourcing there billing even before I bought my software. I receive 11 acceptances back. So I went ahead and purchased Medisoft for window it also comes in dos. By the time I receive my software and picked a clearing house(Halley Exchange) for my electronic claims, I contacted all the physicians who stated they were intrested and received only 1 client out of all 11. Please be careful about companies that say they can get you signed up with doctors most of those companies charge you a $1000.00 per doctor and about $4000.00 to $8000.00 for there software.
